The E-Courts Archive Department has the following powers and duties:

1.       Receiving, encoding and registering court-related documents from concerned administrative units.

2.       Maintaining copies of court-related documents using appropriate software.

3.       Organizing, ordering and filing files using software in a retrievable way.

4.       Ensuring that court-related files and documents are protected from damage and loss.

Organizing the viewing of files and documents, in coordination with concerned administrative units.​
